Why does rockbox tell me there is nothing to resume?
« on: May 12, 2009, 04:10:13 PM »
I will have a playlist of one song. That song will play and then stop. this is fine but if i want to play the song again i cannot just click resume. Is there a special reason why i cannot ressume a dynamic playlist that isnt saved? If i do want to resume the playlist i have to go to Menu>Playlists>View Current Playlist>(now it shows the song is there) Just click on the song and it will play.

How are you stopping and resuming the song?

I've just tried on my player (e280) and it's working as expected here.

I find a song, long-click Insert (so that there is only one file in the playlist) then I can stop the file and resume by either selecting Resume Playback from the menu or clicking Play to resume.

I let the song finish by itself.

I guess you could just put it in the Playlist a bunch of times.
