Cygwin Help

After installing Cygwin, I created the makefile, and type make, and I gety this error:

CC tools/rdf2binary
make: gcc: Command Not Found
make: *** (/home/USER/rockbox/tools/rdf2binary) Error 127

How do I fix this?

Sounds like you didn't install gcc with cygwin.  I would reinstall cygwin, taking care to install gcc.
