Cygwin Install Help

Hi,
After installing the main part of Cygwin, I add the Rockbox mirror, click next, and I get this error message:

Mirror Error:  Setup.ini signature http://download.rockbox.org/cygwin/ /setup.bz2.sig from http://download.rockbox.org/cygwin/  failed to verify.
Possible corrupt mirror?  Setup.ini rejected.

OK

Do I need the installation folder on my desktop?
How can I successfully install it?
