Rockbox+minty boost=???

I installed rockbox on my iPod mini 1G and when I try to charge it with my Minty Boost.

When I plug it into the iPod the battery meter goes to 0, the iPod keeps running but it doesn't act like it is charging at all. When I pull the minty boost out the iPod restarts itself?

Whats up with that?

It charges fine when plugged into my computer but then I can't listen to music while it is charging.  :P

Oh I see it, there is a tiny plug symbol next to the battery. :P
