complete hardware specifications for Gigabeat F?

I'm looking for stuff like CPU model, clock, RAM size and speed, I/O chips.  I Googled around and couldn't find any specifics.
While I could certainly crack mine open again, it will only give me the basic information, like the chip models, however I still won't know the clocks on this particular device.
Shouldn't this sort of thing be buried somewhere in the wiki?  I see this sort of stuff in wiki pages of the new unsupported ports (for other players).
Info/links are much appreciated.  Thanks.

PS  A hint where I could get working OF for my Gigabeat F10 would also be nice, mine came with corrupt OF.
