Watching Videos With Rockbox?

I have a 30 G iPod video with Rockbox installed, and I'm wondering if there is any way to watch videos with it?

That particular iPod has a chip inside just for video. Rockbox isn't able to use it, but the OF can.

correct and videos on the ipod are slow and laggy when using rockbox....at least when i last used it (about a year ago)

It would be cool if someone were to take the time and reverse engineer apple's firmware to see how it uses the chip and then write a plugin to use the video accelerator chip. With this rockbox would then be a complete replacement to the iPod video's OF, but i dont see this happening in the near future...

Please be specific about which ipod you're talking about.  Rockbox plays video well on the ipod Nano for example:

Download WinFF (http://winff.org/html/) and import your videos.  I think you can make the audio have less bitrate, but you might have to go into the command line.  Also, turn dithering off in MPEG player settings.
