Sansa c250 won't connect

If you can boot the OF (original firmware, the default one from SanDisk) (pressing the |<< button while pushing power), plug the USB cable in. Does it go to a different screen with a picture of a sansa and a computer with arrows going between them? Or does it stay on the screen it was at and just start flicking the battery icon?

Besides, if you have no time then that is your fault not ours.  I don't know how you expect us to help when you can't be bothered/don't have the time to even answer questions.

SOZ....I thought I did...

So I followed the instructions and connected the sansa and uninstalled Rockbox....now my sansa doesnt turn on...and when I plug in the USB it Turns on but stays on that picture that you see when it turns on.
