"Settings" Menu

ok recently the playback menu was brought into the "settings menu" i was wondering what people think about the System settings belonging in that area? example such as this...
Sound Settings
Playback Settings
General Settings
Theme Settings
System Settings
Manage Settings
....just thought i would bring it up or a reason why you think it still belongs under general settings?
