the reason the patch isn't in svn is because it is done badly (afaik). It uses the time the mainloop runs around to assume time intervals. While this is ok for shorter intervals, it is not accurate for longer times like these. It should (where possible) use the RTC.

Ok. Do you know by how much would it become out of sync after 3-4 days? This is how long I'd like them to run before resetting them.
