New c200 Theme: Tabbed. Looking for feedback.

This is my first original theme (my first theme ever was a shoddy port of Plain and Simple, to the c200). For now, I've titled it "Tabbed", after the tab graphics on which most information is shown.

What do you think? Please give me feedback.
