Anyway to navigate the file system?

Is there any way to browse the filesystem?

I really like to see the way folders and files are on the file system - just like they way they are in Windows Explorer

so I could drag and drop them and then select to play the file/folder I like...

I am on SanDisk Sansa c200

Follow the white rabbit errr "Files" entry in the main menu ...
