mp4 videos wont play on ipod video 5g

No mp4 videos will play on my ipod video 5g, I have tried various different mp4's which all work fine on pc so I know its not a problem with the file.

I would appreciate if someone could help me to solve this problem.

that sucks. what do I need to do to watch mp4's on my ipod then?
