Problem registering on tracker

I'm trying to make an account on the tracker, so I can upload the patch for my plugin. The only problem is, it never sends me my activation code. What should I do?  :o

Yeah, a few days ago I tried entering my Gmail account as my Jabber ID and I set notifications to "Both".  I got nothing via Jabber. I also found that unlike the e-mail address field, the Jabber ID field is visible to people who aren't logged in
