formated studio 10, nothing working

hey guys, i had some screwy files on my studio 10 and i deleted everything and then changed the file system to NTFS. i now have no folders or anyhting on it and i tryed installing the rockbox software but it just loads up and says file sys error, can somebody help me out?

NTFS?

It's supposed to be FAT32.
