is prevent track skipping supported

read the manual online -- see sec 7.16 -- there is a "prevent track skipping" mentioned.  i have 3.2-090323 version installed on Toshiba F-40 and i dont have this option.  is this supported?

This was added four days later than the version you have. Update to a current build.
