And what else can you tell us about the problem? How were the MP3s encoded? Are they tagged correctly? Anything else?

This may be due to cover art scaling.  Rename or move the cover art for that song/album so that Rockbox doesn't find it.  If this fixes the problem, please post the cover art bitmap file.
