H3x0 I'm looking for a HDD flex connect tape

Hi everyone !
I've got an H340. Sometimes I saw "Check HDD connection" after reboot. So... sometimes it works good, but now - fail definitely.
Inside - broken in two places (near ZIF and up HDD connector) flex connector tape between HDD and Main Board.
I'm looking for this Flex HDD connect for my H340.
I try to repair this broken  places but ... it is impossible.
Anyone can help me?
