Database won't load

i put my music file on the iriver h10, some loaded but some songs are missing? i don't know why, the format's arent' any different or anything..it's really weird...

Any suggestions?


Also, is there anyother way to get music onto the iriverh10 besides for drag and drop? i would prefer to use windows media player 11..
