NEW THEME GUIDELINES

First of all, when packaging your theme, please follow the theme guidelines.

Secondly, do not upload your theme on the wiki. Rather, if your theme can be licensed according to the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported license, upload it to themes.rockbox.org
