Uninstalling Extras

Hello,

I just purchased a sandisk e280,  I followed the instructions for quick installation.  Its working great and I am not having any problems as of yet.  I am just learning how to navigate it and do what I want to on it.  I am not really computer savey I just know enough to get myself around as well as I can. 

I was wondering that since I installed rockbox with the recommended extras package and everything can I remove some things that I dont want?  Like there is some music on there in the database.  I really like the demos, games, and apps though... but if I wanted to how could I uninstall them individually?

You can go into the .rockbox folder and delete plugins/fonts/themes you're not using.
