Flac questions

I was reading the command line options for the FLAC encoder.  One is to wrap the output in an ogg jacket (ogg_flac or an .oga file suffex).  Is this compatible with rockbox?

Also the encoder has an option (-1 through -8) that sets the compression size vs speed.
Are all levels compatible with the rockbox flac decoder?

No, rockbox does not support flac in an ogg container, all compression levels are supported.
