if you used graphics from windows media player you're not allow to put it up on the gallery at all..

Sorry, I mean the icons also came from the iPod blackglass theme and are windows media  player like. And Motionman95 if it is possible to that I don't know how to.

blackglass (and all its derivatives) was pulled from the gallery pages because the original author said those images were lifted directly from WMP (not WMP-like) and therefore could not be permissively licensed.

I think the default Cabbie theme uses similar icons.
I assume it must be OK to use these, as long as you credit the originators.

Yes, the icons are from the default cabbie. Soap, as Bdn3504 mentioned the blackglass remixes for the gigabeat are in the galleries and it was those, not the iPod's, that I used for the icons.
