Will rocbox 3.2 include the sansa fuze?

No. In basically all cases a player will be "Supported" before the feature freeze starts if it's to be in the release. Once the feature freeze has started, you can expect the release to be based on the list of supported players on the front page.

Not even the "current builds" are made for the Sansa Fuze.  It is very much a work in progress.
Rockbox 3.2 is a stable release version, something a "cut above" the current builds in that it has been branched and tested for (at least some semblance of) stability.  ;)
