ACC Decoding takes too much CPU.
it slows it down to were i can barely use it.

You mean AAC or AC3?

What files?  How did you encode them?  What device?

ACC music/sound file encoded with itunes. iPod nano 1st gen.

That's AAC not ACC. What bitrate, and what revision of Rockbox?
