Oh, and just to add one extra bit of news: now that the USB stack is enabled, that means you can transfer directly to your microSDHC card, so go crazy go nuts with file transfers! ;)

If you can't wait for the 3.2 release (I haven't specifically heard anything about it, but assuming the 3 month release cycle is still on track, it should be sometime this month), the 3.2 release candidate bootloaders are over here.
