Rockbox 1.0.7 not loading

 :( this is what I have.
sansa e250 just transferred to rockbox.
It worked but I could not choose nothing.  I could not use my buttons(up didn't work neither down, just left and right).  So I decided to delete it.  I dont know what I did but I stuck with this screen.

Cant find rockbox.mi4
File not found
Cant Load rockbox.e200

I've gone into the folder and deleting everything rockbox, to no avail.

Right now I have rockbox 1.0.7
I have the sansapatcher, the rockbox utility 3.1, and 1.0.7
I have tried to uninstall but no go..... it just says deleted - bootloader Failed
tried to add bootloader but pp5022.mi4 failed to add bootloader
 
Help me get to start at zero, start all over.
Then I can do it right

After messing around with it, now I have it.  Going to start all over!

What exactly do you have?
- there is no Rockbox Utility 3.1
- there is no rockbox 1.0.7

How have you tried uninstalling the bootloader? Using Rockbox Utility or sansapatcher? If you are using Rockbox Utility please update to 1.1 (has just been released) which fixes a bug when installing the bootloader on Sansa players.
