How do I port themes

I was wondering how I could port an iPod 5G theme to my iPod nano 1G. the theme is "minty"

Chronon:
A first step would be to scale the dimensions of images and viewports in the WPS code so that they fit onto the Nano's screen.  Also, scale the coordinates of the upper left corner.  Next, use an image editor to scale the actual images to the size that you want.
