My random playlists are always the same list

No matter what I do, not that I do everything, my playlist alwayys has the same songs in the same order. It's a Sansa e250.

I assume you have turned shuffle on?

The manual contains a good overview of how to shuffle and work with playlists.  Have a look at that, then if you still can't get it to work, come back and tell us exactly what steps you are taking, and we can try and see where you are missing one out.
