Rockbox Info always shows Battery: Charging

I'm sure what's the root of the problem here, but my rockbox info has been showing Battery: Charging even when no charger is plugged into my iPod Photo 60gb. I'm using a 1200 mAh battery from ipod juice, version r20107-090225. However the problem has been around for a few versions before that.

The battery life % show properly in the now playing screen tho.

Does anybody else have this problem?
