Hello, I have installed Rockbox on my Sansa e250 while ago and decided to remove it.

I thought I just had to removed ".rockbox" folder on my sansa disk, but it didn't remove properly and I had to press "left" button whenever I have to power on it. And it's really annoying.

I recently updated my computer with Linux Ubuntu 10.4 and have no idea how to remove it.

Any Help, please?

cool_walking_:
You need to remove the bootloader.

Scroll up a bit from there to see links to Rockbox Utility and sansapatcher (they both run on Linux).

bluebrother:
Be aware that you need to run Rockbox Utility / sansapatcher as root to uninstall the bootloader.

I can uninstall the rockbox but I cannot remove the bootloader? How?

Chronon:
What steps have you taken to uninstall the bootloader.  What specific trouble are you having?
