RTC-Build for iriver H140 - Anybody there to do this job for me?

Hi there,

I'm in some trouble, since I'm going to move next week and just started 120GB- and RTC-Mods. I just found, that I'll need a Rockbox-Build with RTC option in order to run my player (due to the Alarm-Output which triggers the Play-Mode) and that I have to do the build by my own.

I would like to do so, but no time left for the installation anymore and I need to finish the Mod.

Anybody so kind, who has the development environment installed, to send my the actual release build with RTC?

A newer build is also (additionally) welcome, if tested. And what about plug-ins? Do they have to be included at compile-time?

THIS IS JUST A DEMAND! I'll make a donation for the rockbox-project. This is a promise!

It really doesn't take to long to set up, and you would be better off doing it yourself as then you can update as you wish.  See www.rockbox.org/wiki/SimpleGuideToCompiling.

P.S.  "Demand" doesn't mean what you think it does

thanks for that guide. I really wanna do it myself, but cannot do it now due to time-constraints as mentioned.

And thanks for this hint. May be "petition" is the better noun for "to ask".

I'd recommend the VMWare image -- it has everything installed, and you really just need to install VMWare player ...

I'm not just repeating this for the sake of it, but I think you could get VMWare up and running in less than an hour.  We all have time restraints, and you could already have finished by now.
