It is not clear to me from this whether you have tried using iTunes to restore the iPod.  That is worth trying.  Be aware that it will erase anything you have on the iPod.

When that appears, try go to a command prompt and ruun chkdsk with the following command:

--- Code: ---chkdsk f: /r
--- End code ---

You can find more detailed instructions for using chkdsk here:  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315265.  (I am inferring from your prior reference to "F:" that you are using Windows, but if you are using another operating system, please let us know that.)

Also, though you indicated that you tried different computers, you still haven't confirmed that you have tried a different cable.  If you have done so, please let us know and let us know what the result was.  If you have not done so, do it.  What you have described so far strongly suggests that your hard drive has failed or that it is corrupted.  But we really need you to eliminate the possible of a bad cable before we can any more to help you diagnose the problem.

Fel2:
nothing happen when i do chkdsk F: /r .. it open a command windows then it close instantly

and hum ..

when i try to defrag it on ''my computer'' , i click on properties then error-checking , nothing happen too !

You're not following the directions I gave you.  And you STILL haven't answered the question about the cable.  So, I am sorry, but I cannot help you further.
