Damn! Torx T5 is not working for one of the screws!

Hi, I was just trying to open the iriver H120 to replace the battery, but one of the 8 scews just can not be unscewed!!!! Any suggestions? Should I buy a few other Torx T5 driver?

BTW, This is the first time I try to open this player!

i am not too, familiar with that player, but are the screws on the surface or "imbedded" into the players casing? because if they were on the surface you could try a vice grip like tool, or a hack saw to make it a flat head bit...

unfortunately, it is "imbedded" into the players casing!!!

Chronon:
You might be able to use epoxy to fill in the head of the bolt except for a slot.  This might permit the use of a flathead screwdriver.
