initializing database on iAudio X5L never completes
« on: February 25, 2009, 04:00:34 AM »
I installed the latest stable Rockbox firmware (1st time for this device) on my iAudio X5L. When I select "Database," it says it's not ready and offers the option to initialize it. I select yes and it starts scanning files. While it's building the db, the screen eventually goes blank. A few minutes after that, the UI stops responding to anything and the only thing I can do is hold down the power switch until it boots up. Am I missing something here?
