recovery mode Problem

I want to get my sansa back to the way it was. I like Rock box but I'm selling my sansa and he doesn't want it. When i tried to download rock box I didn't get to put a theme on. So i just turned it on and it would just show rockbox and turn off. I unistalled it and the it wants me to go to recovery mode. I got there now how do i get My regular sansa back ???
