Sansa e280 freezes

CLN1098:
My sansa e280 keeps freezing when I try to go into any folder that would make it load (all folders under database and files).
I have to do a hard reset to get back to the menu.  When I boot it with the Sansa firmware it works fine.  None of my files are corrupt either.  I don't know what else to try  ???

What version/revision of Rockbox are you using?

the stable build--- 3.1 
should i use the daily build?

ive been using rockbox for a few months and it just started doing this yesterday :-\

Hmm...  How do you know that no files are corrupted.  Did  you run a chkdsk?

yes, i ran a chkdsk multiple times  ???
