Chronon:
What are your settings in Mpegplayer?  How are you encoding the videos?

---

What games are you talking about, in particular?  Games (Rockblox, chopper, sokoban, xobox, etc.) seem to run fine on my Sansa.

bamaboy64:
My settings are in ranges from 0 to 6 fps and i dont know wat encoding is
The games i added they are old gameboy games

Chronon:
What setting is from 0 - 6 fps?  I was thinking more along the lines of the Display Options: http://download.rockbox.org/manual/rockbox-sansae200/rockbox-buildch11.html#x14-22900011.3.5

You should probably make sure you have enabled frame skipping in both Rockboy and Mpegplayer.

Have a read of this page for some suggestions for transcoding your videos with appropriate settings.  I suspect part of your problem might be poorly encoded files.  Try the sample movie on that page and report back what framerate you get.  For reference, I just played the sample movie "Elephants Dream" on my e280 and got 23 FPS out of it.

bamaboy64:
wat is rockboy also how do i know if it is bad encoding or not please help me

cool_walking_:
Rockboy is the gameboy emulator.

Answer the question and follow the suggestions in Chronon's last post.
