Negative bass & treble

Chronon:
Showing that a particular low budget implementation of "Loudness" only applies bass doesn't really prove anything. 

I found a decent write-up about "Loudness" here.  Combined with the Wikipedia article that ZincAlloy linked for us, I think it provides a decent picture about what a Loudness feature is supposed to do.
