c240 Not seen in my cpu and msc mode

Hey guys,

I cannot see my c240 (or my friends for that matter) in my computer when I plug it in usb.

I have it set to MSC mode in the firmware

I CAN see it if I turn the c240 on, boot into firmware, and then plug it in.

Read through the manual and can't find a thing, and dug through the menus and setups and can't find a thing. Can someone help me out?

Rockbox doesn't support USB on your player, if thats what you're asking.

Ah! Ok.

So to load songs I need to boot load to firmware then plug in as s.o.p?

I don't know what s.o.p. means - please type things out fully unless they are very common indeed.

When you plug in USB in Rockbox, it should reboot to the Sansa firmware then connect.  However, if this isn't working just load the Sansa firmware manually then plug in.
