Theme upload problem

* Please explicitly grant a license, and mention it in the WPS itself (as a comment) and on the wiki page.
* Please attribute the included .icons if they are not your own creation
* Please "sign" and date your WPS entry as the others have.
* Please ensure your theme meets all the guidelines mentioned Here and Here.
You don't need to use a black bitmap as a backdrop, you can just explicitly call the background out as black.
Might want to make the text colour explicit as well (perhaps I missed that.)

All in all, not an attempt to "dump" on you, but to point in the right direction.
