Theme upload problem

I made a wps for my sansa c200 and I want to upload it but every time I try to attach the file in the c200 wps gallery the wiki page loads but is blank. Here is a screenshot of my WPS:

Regarding your upload trouble -- did you receive write permission for the wiki?

I've been looking for how to do that but I haven't yet found out how to get write permission.

Create an account for the wiki, then join the ruckus on IRC and express your sincere plans to contribute, not spam, and then send a check for $50 to EDIT:  See PM for address

• Please explicitly grant a license, and mention it in the WPS itself (as a comment) and on the wiki page.
• Please attribute the included .icons if they are not your own creation
• Please "sign" and date your WPS entry as the others have.
• Please ensure your theme meets all the guidelines mentioned Here and Here.
  

You don't need to use a black bitmap as a backdrop, you can just explicitly call the background out as black.
Might want to make the text colour explicit as well (perhaps I missed that.)

All in all, not an attempt to "dump" on you, but to point in the right direction.
