help with cygwin

hi guys I'm new to rockbox but not to codeing/compileing. I have an interesting problem in that I can't find all of the componens for cygwin when trying to install it. if someone could upload the completed installed files to download that would help. thankyou     sorry about english                    i got the cygwin from a friend it is set up for rockbox. now i have a new problem after typing "make" nothing happens. help!!

IMHO this is easier and faster than cygwin.
