Philips GoGear SA19xx/37 - Specifically the SA1929/37

Do you people think it would be possible to get rockbox on the SA1929/37? I might crack it open and get scans later tonight. I updated it fairly soon as i got it; the update came with 3 files, firmware.rsc, firmware.sb and updater.sb, if that makes sense to anybody.

I know the firmware is flashable, and it's fairly simple to open.

The main purpose I'd want rockbox for is to play ogg; of course that'll depend if it uses a dedicated decoding chip of not.

Also, if I do end up trying to get a port for these, would it be worth it to pick up a second? they were only $15 CAN on sale today, normally not that much more.

I know C and enough assembly(HC12) to be able to learn a new assembly language.

Tell me what you think!

Its probably possible, but this isn't how you post in this forum.  Read the sticky and maybe look at one or two other threads here to get an idea first.  Then start a new thread.
