USB mode setting w/ a C240

I'm running ver 01.01.05P. Under Settings there's no USB setting option. So how can I set the USB mode? I figured that I'd upgrade to the latest firmware. Sansa Updater fails to update it to 01.01.07, which it says is the latest version.

Also on the back of the unit is has a Capital R on it. Does that mean it's a Rhapsody model?

There is no c200 Rhapsody model.

I was able to upgrade to the the 07 version of firmware w/ the Sansa Upgrade program. First I had to do a System -> Format, then the Upgrade program succedded. then I could switch it to MSC mode.
