data abort problems

I am occasionally getting data abort errors (9014 i think?) with my build with patches.  I would like to know how to determine what causes this so I might be able to stop it.

You could look up the address the message gives you in your .map files to (hopefully) see what piece of code is throwing.  That should give you a pretty good clue what to look at.

This seems to be related to FS#9827. You can try to fix the data abort by applying the attached patch from kugel.
