How do I clone settings to an identical device?

How do I make my Sansa e260 exactly like my e280? What do I need to copy besides the .rockbox directory? How do I get ALL of the settings and configuration?

Chronon:
You can save your settings to a .cfg file and transfer that to your e260.  When you "play" that file it should load all of the settings.
