Random play for F20

Hi all.
I used a rockbox for a year, but I never success to play my music in random mode. I entering to random mode by push the second button untill the random eneble screen pop-up and I selected it. So any way to play my F20 in a random, please advice.

The manual has full instructions for enabling shuffle mode.  Could you describe what you are doing and where the problem occurs in clear language, instead of things like "the second button" that could mean anything.

How are you playing music, what are you doing to enable shuffle, what do you see on screen etc.?

Also, this is nothing to do with installation, please read the posting in this forum stickies.
