I don't know my c240 is V2 or not!

I checked up at info menu
version  shows  "01.01.07P"

but player's back panel small printing says

"Made in China   model: c240 v2"

anyway,  Auto install utility could not detect this c240

Do I have V2 player?

Are you running the install with administrator/root rights?

Also, rbutil versions 1.0.8 and 1.0.9 have a bug where they won't install the bootloader on Apple and Sansa players - for now use 1.0.7 to install the bootloader and 1.0.9 to install everything else.
