mount point is wrong?

for some reason every time that i try to install rckbox into my ipod it allways says that the mount point is wrong, i have both 30G and 80G, both 5th generation and i use windows xp, any1 out ther that can help me with this problem?

Well, you should post some more details.

- are you using autodetection? Did you change the mountpoint manually? Why?
- is itunes running?
- what does the About / System Info dialog say? Please post the output. It has been added to help figure what's going on in such cases.

yes i am using autodetect, i dont know how to change te mountpoint or even what the mountpoint is, i think thats might be the problem
itunes is running, and i tryd it both connected to the ipod and disconnected

1. Post the output of the About / System Info dialog. I already asked you about that.
2. Stop itunes. It will block access to the player.
