in a Project in my technical college we have a project of Reverse Engineering of the GRUNDIG MP600FM Mp3 Player. Since over a year I am using Rockbox on my Sana 2xx and I had the idea to port Rockbox to this old Grundig Player or better to try it.
We have the original Firmware from GRUNDIG as binary
I have some Information about it:
Printings on the Chips:
- Controller/CPU: ALi DER M5661R B1 0627 TG05 X611322000GA

- NAND-FLASH: HY27UF084G2M (Sry i have no Photo)
I should be Hynix Semiconductor Inc flash
- FM-CHIP:v24000 5kk2.
It should be a LV24000 from SANYO Semiconductor Co., Ltd.

Ok, so my question is, it is possible to port rockbox or we need some more information?
